NATURAL ESSENTIAL MUSTARD OIL is produced according to TU 9151-013-10513491-04Natural essential mustard oil is produced at Volgograd Mustard Oil Plant Sarepta LLC from mustard oilcake by the method of enzymic hydrolysis and further steam distillation. The main component of natural essential mustard oil produced from mustard oilcake is allyl isothiocyanate (AITC) with content not less than 92%. Natural essential mustard oil is a pale yellow transparent liquid with pronounced mustard odor. Natural essential mustard oil is used in food industry as a flavor in production of mustard, mayonnaise and different sauces, as well as for processing at factories of pharmaceutical industry. Unlike synthetic essential oil, natural essential oil does not contain the components harmful for human health that the synthetic essential oil (allyl chloride) does contain.
Using only natural essential mustard oil will allow you to produce quality goods and compete in the consumer goods market. The essential oil meets the following requirements: allyl isothiocyanate content, %, - 92-97; refraction index (at 200Ñ) – 1.525-1.533; density (at 200Ñ), g/cm3 – 1,012-1,035; boiling temperature, 0Ñ (at 760 mm of mercury) – 148.0-154.0; odor – pungent; color – colorless or pale yellow. Packing: Natural essential mustard oil is sold in the following packing: vials, 1-kg dark glass bottles, 10-kg and 20-kg aluminum canisters and 35-kg stainless steel drums. Storage: Shelf life - 12 months
